User – a natural person who purchases and uses the Product.

Product – digital content, including e-books, Google sheet files, and other resources available online through Systeme.io.

Administrator – Eterna Momentum Ltd., which organizes the sale and provision of the Product.

3.1. Orders for the Product are made via the order form at https://www.eternamomentum.com/order-form-en.

3.2. Payments are processed via Stripe.

3.3. Upon successful payment, access to the Product is automatically granted through Systeme.io to the email address provided during registration.

4.1. Access to the digital materials is granted immediately after successful payment.

4.2. The User receives an individual Systeme.io account to access all course materials.

4.3. The Product is digital and not subject to physical delivery.

5.1. In accordance with Bulgarian and EU legislation for digital products, the Product is non-refundable once access has been granted, except in cases of technical issues that make the Product unusable, verified through correspondence with the Administrator.

5.2. In the event of such a technical issue, the User may request a refund within 14 days of identifying the problem.

6.1. The User agrees to use the Product solely for personal purposes and may not copy, distribute, or share access with third parties.

6.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Systeme.io login details.

7.1. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the Product content or access terms with prior notice.

7.2. The Administrator is not liable for technical issues beyond its control, including those related to Stripe, Systeme.io, or the User’s internet connection.

8.1. The Administrator processes User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://www.eternamomentum.com/privacy-policy

8.2. The User gives consent to data processing by checking the consent box during the order process. This consent is stored by Systeme.io and Stripe as proof of acceptance.

9.1. The User must confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by checking the consent box during the order process.

9.2. Without checking this box, the order cannot be completed.

10.1. The Administrator is not liable for:

loss of data caused by the User;

misuse of account access;

technical problems beyond its control.

11.1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The updated version takes effect immediately upon publication on the website.

12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
