This policy aims to inform you how Eterna Momentum Ltd. processes your personal data in connection with the use of our online course platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”), including the sale of courses via Stripe and access provision via Systeme.io, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection legislation.

Upon course registration:

Phone number
When paying via Stripe:
Payment details (card number, expiration date, cardholder name) — stored and processed solely by Stripe; Eterna Momentum Ltd. does not store complete card data.
When accessing the course (via Systeme.io):
Username and password
History of completed lessons and activities in the course
Other voluntarily provided data:
Messages, inquiries, or comments on the platform or via email
Purposes of Processing
Personal data is used for:
Providing access to the platform and course
Administrative management of registrations and payments
Communication with users regarding courses and payments
Ensuring security and prevention of misuse
Marketing and promotional messages (only with your explicit consent)
Data Retention Period
Registration and access data are stored as long as your account exists.
Payment data are stored according to legal requirements and Stripe’s rules (typically 10 years for accounting purposes).
After expiration of the retention period, Eterna Momentum Ltd. deletes or anonymizes your personal data.
