1. General
The course “The Complete Wedding Planning Course for Brides” is provided as a digital product through the Systeme.io platform.
According to applicable legislation, once access to digital materials has been granted, the right to withdraw or request a refund does not apply, except in the cases described below.
2. Refunds in Case of Technical Issues
In rare cases, if the course cannot be accessed due to technical reasons or if the provided files are damaged or unusable, the customer may request a refund of the paid amount.
Requests must be submitted via email to info@eternamomentum.com.
To process the request, the customer must provide proof of the issue (e.g., a screenshot or description of the error).
Refunds are issued only if the technical problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
3. Exception for Course Already Started
If the customer has already started the course (i.e., logged into the system and accessed at least one module or material), a refund will not be granted, even if parts of the materials remain unused.
4. Refund Request Period
A refund request due to technical issues may be submitted within 7 days of purchase and activation of access to the course.
5. Refund Method
If the request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or another mutually agreed method, within 14 days of the approval date.
